  -f, --file string        specify the template file name
  -h, --help               help for apply
      --name string        specify the config template name
  -n, --namespace string   specify the namespace of the template (default "vela-system")

  -V, --verbosity Level   number for the log level verbosity
  -y, --yes               Assume yes for all user prompts
