Suspend a workflow in cluster.
vela workflow suspend [flags]

-e, --env string specify environment name for application
-h, --help help for suspend
-n, --namespace string specify the Kubernetes namespace to use
-s, --step string specify the step name in the workflow
-t, --type string the type of the resource, support: [app, workflow]
